Data Protection in the Isle of Man.

In the Isle of Man, the GDPR rules are taken very seriously so ignore them at your peril. We have implemented the regulations via our Data Protection Act 2018 and the associated Data Protection (Implementation of GDPR) Order 2018

It is a full implantation of the European GDPR so any differences are really down to interpretation. 

Our Data Protection Regulator is the Information Commissioner.
